This was some straight backPacker shit. Channel Live was political, Hence that's why they blended so well with The Blast Master KRS 1 with this single MadIzm. Came out in the mid 90's when all that coastal beefin' was goin on. Song was pretty much talk in about that Kush Shit and blending that with fast-talking lingo.....Enjoy

Raekwon (WU-TANG CLAN) X Akomplice Tee...

Wu-Tang Clan’s Raekwon is no stranger to streetwear. After several successful collaboration with the likes of Supreme, Diamond Supply Co., and Alife, Rae’ is set to release his newest collab effort, this time deciding to link up with Akomplice and street-wear retailer, Tradition.

Raekwon has been staying just 20 minutes from Tradition while putting the final touches on his long anticipated “Only Built 4 Cuban Linx 2.”

This tee will release in 3 colors this Saturday, November 22nd at 1:00 p.m. exclusively at Tradition. A very limited Wu-Tang yellow colorway (Only 24 pieces) will release later on that night at the Akomplice season 9 release party (at an as yet undisclosed location). Raekwon is set to make a guest appearance that night as well, and will perform a short set of classics for those in attendance. Good luck finding it.

PAC-Man Knows....

If you follow boxing than you would know that Manny “PACMAN” Pacquiao is getting ready to take on Oscar “Golden Boy” De la Hoya in what should be a great boxing match on December 6th, 2008. As one of the few sponsored boxers by Nike, the Swoosh decided to release a limited number of Quickstrike “PACMAN KNOWS” tees at three different retailers in the US this past week. The colorway of the shirt follows the Phillipene flag of Red, Yellow, and Blue. Unfortunately these have already been released at Fatlace this past weekend, your best bet to find one now might be ebay.

House of Hoops Chicago....

On November 14, the third US House of Hoops by Foot Locker location opened in Chicago. Following the success of stores in Harlem and LA- Chicago is now added to the line-up of locations. House of Hoops by Foot Locker is a basketball haven that gives hoops fanatics access to player exclusive footwear – the personalized performance shoes of Jordan Brand, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James and others, as well as, limited edition styles not available anywhere else. Following the success of store openings in Harlem and LA- Chicago now gets its turn to pay respect to the unique Basketball culture living in the streets. Nike Basketball now has a new address in the Chi- 7501 W Cermak in the Riverside Mall.

COPE 2 on the Loose...

COPE2 will be presenting a new art exhibition in New York at the beginning of December featuring well known artists such as Futura, Sharp, Shepard Fairey, Fafi, Siloette, Revok, Can2, Rong English, and Cope2 himself. The art exhibition will be held at The Showroom Gallery in New York City from December 4th through the 9th. The opening reception for the exhibition will be held on December 4th from 7 PM to 9 PM.

MC Breed....R.I.P.

A sad day in Hip Hop today. It’s been learned this morning that Eric Breed better know to the world as MC Breed passed away last night in his sleep. Battling Kidney failure for the past couple months he was in need of a transplant. Though his death has not been confirmed by the coroner, the news comes from very reliable sources. Very well respected within the Hip Hop community, he broke through in 1991 with then group DFC (Da Funk Clan). Ain’t Not Future In Your Frontin’ and Gotta Get Mine might have been his best known tracks but he has a very extensive catalog. I’ll update some music through out the day. I’ve always been a very big MC Breed fan. My condolenses and thoughts go out to his family. F.L.I.N.T.
