OL SCHOOL WEDS. Video---MC Serch (3rd Bass)
He is credited with creating the slang term "the Gas Face". After recording three albums with 3rd Bass—The Cactus Album (1989), Cactus Revisited (1990), and Derelicts of Dialect (1991)—Serch launched a solo career with Return of the Product (1992, Def Jam). The album featured two hit singles: "Here It Comes" (which hit #1 on Billboard's Hot Rap Tracks chart); and "Back to the Grill" featuring Chubb Rock, Red Hot Lover Tone and Nas. Serch was the executive producer of Nas’ Illmatic, one of the most critically acclaimed albums of the 1990s. He also helped to cultivate the rapper O.C. after hearing him on the Organized Konfusion song "Fudge Pudge", helping him secure a record contract with Wild Pitch Records. In 1995 Serch also mentored the newly formed Non Phixion....Enjoy!!

OL SCHOOL WEDS. Video---DAS Efx
DAS EFX rose to popularity in the early 1990s due to their affiliation with EPMD's Hit Squad and the group's stream of consciousness lyrical delivery, which became one of the most influential lyrical styles in hip hop music during the early 1990s. Their style combined nonsensical lines with a fast-paced ragga-influenced flow (that included words that end with "iggedy") and numerous pop culture references.
They named themselves "Das" standing for "Drayz and Skoob" and "EFX" meaning "effects". Das EFX caught the attention of EPMD at a local talent show where, despite losing the competition, they did well enough to convince EPMD to sign them to a recording contract. The duo gained critical and commercial fame with the release of their landmark debut album, Dead Serious, which highlighted their unusual rapping style which they nicknamed "sewage". Dead Serious went platinum and its lead single, "They Want EFX," (which contains samples from James Brown's "Blind Man Can See It" and Malcolm McLaren's "Buffalo Gals") reached the top ten on Billboard magazine's R&B chart, the top 40 on its Hot 100 Singles chart and #1 on its Hot Rap Tracks chart. Follow-up singles "Mic Checka" and "Straight Out the Sewer" did not chart on the Hot 100 but reached #1 and #3 on the Hot Rap Tracks chart, respectively...Enjoy and HIT SQUAD 4Ever..

OL SCHOOL WEDS. Video----OC (DITC)
OC was born in Brooklyn and raised in the Bushwick section. In 1991, he would make his recording debut on Organized Konfusion's "Fudge Pudge" and one year later he made a featuring on the remix of MC Serch's "Back to the Grill" (which also features a very young Nasty Nas). By 1994, he had signed with Wild Pitch Records and recorded the seminal classic Word...Life which featured his most notable single "Time's Up". The album was critically acclaimed and remains beloved in hip-hop circles. In 1997, O.C. signed to Pay Day Records, where he released his second album Jewelz — another critically acclaimed effort that kept O.C. headed in the right direction and featured collaborations with DJ Premier, Da Beatminerz and Freddie Foxxx. By this time, he was a part of the underground rap act known as Diggin' in The Crates together with legends like Lord Finesse, Showbiz & A.G., Diamond D, Buckwild and Big L. In 2000 the crew released their self-titled debut album through Tommy Boy Records on which O.C. featured on the majority of the songs. O.C. is also known for his feature on the Clockers soundtrack as part of the Crooklyn Dodgers, which also featured rappers Chubb Rock and Jeru the Damaja on the now classic DJ Premier produced "Return of the Crooklyn Dodgers". This is however the only time the group has ever collaborated.
Right now, O.C. is making a collaboration album with fellow D.I.T.C. member A.G., on an album entitled The Oasis which is set to be released on October 27....Enjoy

TimberLand x Wyclef Jean EarthKeepers Boots
Just moments ago, Grammy Award-winning musician Wyclef Jean announced a new partnership with footwear maker Timberland at a private concert here in New York City. The event, opened by an interview with urban environmentalist Majora Carter, founder of Sustainable South Bronx, highlighted the need for preserving and protecting the environment in all different settings. The event also introduced the Yéle Haiti Product Collaboration for Timberland Earthkeepers label, a 16-boot footwear collection devised by Timberland and Wyclef Jean. For every footwear within the collaboration sold, a contribution of $2 will be going to Yéle Haiti Foundation, a grassroots movement founded by Wyclef Jean, to support reforestation in his home country Haiti. All models within the collection were designed to be eco-conscious, constructed with only recycled and organic materials. In addition, a special “Tree” t-shirts, designed by Haitian art students from the FOSAJ Art School, will be sold at Timberland retail stores worldwide and its online store. Similar to the footwear, for each tee sold, $1 will go to the Yéle Haiti Foundation to support reforestation and art programs in Haiti.
