Air Jordan 6 Retro “Spizike”

Taking cues from the upcoming retro return of the OG Jordan Spizike is a brand new take on MJ‘s sixth signature sneaker. Pairing an icy outsole with a contrasting white midsole, the kicks come decked out in premium red leather while green and black accents–as well as patterned lining–pay homage to the original colorway of the Spike Lee-inspired Jordan hybrid. Like the Spizike OG, the Air Jordan 6 Retro “Spizike” is set to hit Jordan Brand stockists August 9.

Adding to the recent slew of Comic-Con trailers is Adult Swim‘s new series Mike Tyson Mysteries. The Scooby Doo-style mystery show is a half-hour animated series which sees Mike Tyson take to the streets solving crime, with a little help from some friends. Making up the Mike Tyson Mystery Team is a pigeon (voiced by Norm McDonald), the Ghost of the Marquess of Queensbury, and Mike’s adopted Korean daughter. Look out for Mike Tyson Mysteries to air on Adult Swim this fall.

Public School continues to impress with interesting collaborations, right after having won the 2014 CFDA Menswear Designer of Year and the U.S. International Woolmark Prize for menswear just a few weeks ago. Today, the New York-based brand announces its new collaboration with Jordan Brand. The brand’s designers Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne decided to work on the iconic Air Jordan 1. A special “PSNY” edition will be released in an edition of 50 and will be gifted to friends and family of the brand. The “23 NY” edition Air Jordan 1 will see a wider release with retailers this summer at Flight 23 stores in New York City exclusively, retailing for $160.
