OL SCHOOL WEDS. Video---3 x Dope

Three Times Dope is a hip hop trio from Philadelphia consisting of EST, Chuck Nice and Woody Wood. Their debut LP, Original Stylin was well-received, though the follow-up was a comparative failure (Live from Acknikulous Land, 1990). Their third album, Da Sequel, was not released until 1998. Three Times Dope (or 3xD, as they were called for short) were a part of the Hilltop Hustlers Crew (which also included Steady B, Cool C, Da Youngstas, Mentally Gifted, and others), but had a falling out with them over accusations that their executive producer/manager Lawrence "LG the teacher" Goodman was not compensating the acts properly.....ENJOY!!!

OL SCHOOL WEDS Video---NICE and SMOOTH

Nice & Smooth is an East Coast hip hop duo from New York that consists of Greg Nice and Smooth B. The duo released four albums from the late 1980s to the mid 1990s..While never gaining large pop appeal, each of the duo’s albums were certified for gold-level sales by the RIAA, with its biggest radio fame coming from "Sometimes I Rhyme Slow...," from its second album, Ain't a Damn Thing Changed, released in 1992. The song was a moderately somber rhyme with introspective lines about poverty, AIDS, and drugs that was set to the guitar loop from Tracy Chapman's hit "Fast Car." In the summer of 1992, the music video received heavy rotation on MTV. "Hip-Hop Junkies," which featured a sample from The Partridge Family's "I Think I Love You" was also a hit, and it was once performed live on Keenan Ivory Wayans’ comedy/variety TV show, In Living Color. The duo is known for its humorous rhymes and catchy hooks. They often appeared as guest emcees on albums by the Beatnuts, Gang Starr, and Tony Touch among many others....Enjoy!

Play Cloths...for the HAITI People

Haiti faced a natural disaster of unprecedented proportion, an earthquake unlike anything the country has ever experienced. The magnitude 7.0 earthquake – and several very strong aftershocks – struck only 10 miles from Port-au-Prince. Over 2 million people in Port-au-Prince faced this catastrophe alone and idle hands will only make this tragedy worse. Many people across the country have already started to contribute to the Haiti Relief Effort and Play Cloths must do its part as well. Sometimes it is very confusing when donating do to the high level of corruption within certain charities but in this instance Play Cloths feels that Wyclef Jean is a man they can trust.
So starting today, Friday January 15th @ 3pm EST, http://PlayCloths.com will release a signature Jack logo t-shirt designed for the Haiti Relief Effort. 100% OF THE PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED to the YELE HAITI EARTHQUAKE FUND, which is an organization supported by Wyclef Jean. In order to send the donation as fast as they can, the Haitian Jack t-shirt will only be on sale from Friday January 15th to Friday January 22nd (one week only).

OL SCHOOL WEDS. Video----Intelligent Hoodlum AKA Tragedy

Intelligent Hoodlum is the debut album from Queensbridge emcee Intelligent Hoodlum, later known as Tragedy Khadafi. The album was produced by legendary hip hop producers Marley Marl and Large Professor...Chapman continued to record throughout the remainder of the 1990s, working with Capone, Noreaga and Mobb Deep, recording "LA, LA," a response to Tha Dogg Pound's "NY, NY," now working under the name Tragedy Khadafi. He also worked on Capone-N-Noreaga's debut album, The War Report, on which he actually appears more on the album than Capone. When the latter returned to prison, Noreaga severed ties with Tragedy, who responded to this with the Iron Sheiks EP, on which he dissed Noreaga and accused him of stealing his style.[2] Noreaga kept the animosity going with "Halfway Thugs Pt. II." Khadafi's third album, Against All Odds, was scheduled for release in 1999, but conflict with his label stalled the release, finally being released in 2001, which was also the first appearance of emcee HeadRush Napoleon, who continued to work with Tragedy on future recordings. This was followed by Still Reportin'... in 2003. In 2005, he released Thug Matrix independently and also released an album as a member of the group Black Market Militia. Khadafi's latest releases, Blood Ballads and Thug Matrix 2, were both released in 2006....On December 27, 2007, Tragedy was convicted of selling narcotics and sentenced to a maximum of four years in prison. He is scheduled to be released on January 21, 2011...Enjoy!...and STAY POSITIVE PUNK!

OL SCHOOL WEDS Video----Lordz of the UnderGround

Lordz of the UnderGround are perhaps best remembered for the singles "Funky Child", "Chief Rocka" and "Tic Toc"; all of which were wildly eccentric manifestos. The music video for "Funky Child" features one of the group members parading around in a diaper. Their chief producer was Marley Marl's protégé, K-Def. Pete Rock remixed their songs "Flow On" and "Check It" in 1994 .

In their initial releases, their first two albums Here Come The Lords (1993) and Keepers of the Funk (1994), earned them an award from Black Entertainment Television in 1993 . They collaborated with George Clinton; their second album's title track, which samples his work, features him in a cameo. The track is generally more abrasive and less conventionally tuneful in its instrumentation than most of their work....Enjoy!
