Battling lupus, the same disease that took the life of her son, James “J. Dilla” Yancey, Parra and J. Dilla’s former record label have put together a fund-raising t-shirt for J. Dilla’s mother, Maureen “Ma Dukes” Yancey. The t-shirt is done in trademark Parra styles and presents itself as a great cause for a disease which has had such a great effect on numerous families worldwide.
